All creative must adhere to the Brand Standards of 91AV
and Maricopa Community Colleges.
To protect 91AV's visual identity, brand standards, including appropriate college logos were created to assist individuals in producing printed and online materials for 91AV. Its intent is to set forth the various components necessary to ensure consistency. Although creativity is encouraged within publications, the standards specified in this manual must be followed so that the college’s printed materials will present a unified image.

All publications that represent 91AV should be reviewed prior to production by the 91AV Marketing Team, to ensure that the publications meet 91AV standards.

Guidance for Non-Discrimination Statement Placement on All Employee-recruitment Marketing Materials

The Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) is committed to continue to promote a learning and work environment that is non-discriminatory. This commitment is demonstrated through the value of inclusion, the implementation of policies and regulations that serve to prohibit discrimination and by practicing non-discriminatory actions in both our employment and academic activities. Employee-recruitment marketing materials refer to any marketing materials or content used by MCCCD to attract potential candidates to apply for job openings. The non-discrimination statement should also be added to materials that communicate the company’s culture, values, benefits, and any advertisements that promote job opportunities.
Examples: emails, websites and landing pages, District and College social media profiles, catalogs, flyers, posters in excess of a half-sheet (anything 8.5 x 11 and larger).
