Employee Separation Process

Please review the quick reference guide on how to employee through HCM for all employees. Please follow the instructions listed below for separating employees.

Supervisors must:

  1. Forward the resignation/retirement letter for Full-Time employees through your supervisory chain to the HR office of the separation via email.
  2. Follow quick reference guide to terminate the employee in HCM.
  3. Please complete the  and send to 91AV HR.
